The ventures, year by year
Joined as Finance Manager when the company was months old. Acquired a minority stake in the early years and became Managing Partner in 2020. He sold his stake in 2024 and by then it was the largest business setup advisory in Dubai, with 75,000 businesses launched through its doors.
A separate venture in the incorporation space, working directly with the country's free zones rather than alongside them. It gave founders a second route in, aimed at those who knew what they wanted and needed it executed quickly. More than 10,000 entrepreneurs have established their businesses here through it.

Creative Zone Business Hub
Built to widen the advisory into something closer to a permanent base for entrepreneurs and SMEs. Company formation, licensing coordination, operational assistance and ongoing business services were brought onto a single platform, so a client who arrived to incorporate had somewhere to stay afterwards.
· 2017 ·
Creative Zone Tax and Accounting
Incorporation takes a week. What follows it takes every year after that, and founders were discovering this on their own and usually late. This added bookkeeping, financial reporting, VAT and regulatory compliance to the group, completing the client journey rather than ending it at the licence.
· 2017 ·
OSquare Communications Hub
Started in a rented office in Fujairah, built on the observation that businesses were losing sales to calls nobody answered. It provides round-the-clock call handling and data processing for companies that cannot staff it themselves. Today it employs 400 people across the UAE, India and Jordan.
· 2017 ·
Northern Emirates Free Zone
His first free zone operation, and the point at which he stopped only advising founders on where to establish. Built outside Dubai to give entrepreneurs and SMEs a practical platform for licensing, incorporation and regional growth at a cost the capital's zones could not match.
He had spent nearly a decade watching free zones run their operations by hand, and nobody was going to fix it because it was nobody's job to. The platform he built digitised them. It now operates across multiple jurisdictions and is one of the portfolio's most valuable technology businesses.
· 2018 ·
Nook Coworking & Wellness
Coworking had spent a decade selling desks to everybody. This was built for one vertical instead, the sport, fitness and wellness founders nobody was designing for, and was among the first regional workspaces created around that economy. He serves as a director.
An investment in the insurance marketplace, and the first regulated financial services position in the portfolio. The business was already working to bring digitisation into a category known for resisting it, which is usually where a position is worth taking.
· 2020 ·
Sanctuary Corporate Services
Founded to serve individuals whose requirements sit well outside standard company formation, where the structuring is more complex and the client expects the work to be invisible. He founded it, ran it, and sold it for one million dollars. His first exit as a founder, and early evidence that the ventures were being built with a transaction value as well as an operating one.
· 2021 ·
Northern Emirates Free Zone
A second free zone operation, serving distinct commercial sectors and broadening the group's reach further beyond Dubai. Between the two, he was now both the adviser founders came to for guidance and the operator of the infrastructure they were being guided toward.
A Dubai operation aimed at a different segment of entrepreneurs and investors than the Northern Emirates zones served. It completed the move from recommending where a company should establish itself to operating one of the places it could.
Legal services were the gap he most wanted to close, having been through a long and expensive contract negotiation of his own and seen what it costs a company that cannot absorb it. The partnership was his attempt at making it affordable. He founded it, ran it, and exited for $100,000, having concluded the economics work better at arm's length than inside a group.

Al Taj Smart Medical Center
Every new resident needs a medical fitness test before residency is granted, a mandatory step that had always sat outside the licensing process rather than beside it. Placing a clinic next to the pipeline his own free zones were already feeding brought that stage inside the group, and gave clients one fewer place to go.
A services venture built for companies growing faster than their back office can carry. It supplies the operational infrastructure, administrative support and management capability that a scaling business needs and rarely has the time to build for itself.
A joint venture with DRC Systems, developing an AI-powered builder that lets people without technical backgrounds create working software. It marked his entry into the AI category, aimed at the same founders everything else in the portfolio was built for.
A recruitment agency for skilled professionals across the region, built to staff his own group before it ever had to sell to anyone else. It launched during the most active year in the portfolio's history, alongside preparations for the Creative Zone exit.
Co-founded on the premise that marketing spend should answer to results, in a category that had long been paid regardless of whether anything worked. It runs marketing, lead generation, qualification and sales support for clients across retail, banking, healthcare and infrastructure.
Property is the most valuable and least liquid asset in the region, and tokenisation is the credible attempt at fixing that. This platform does it under a VARA licence, which few jurisdictions will grant. Backed with $3.2 million in pre-seed funding.
· 2024 ·
Someli Marketing and Technology
An investment in a platform combining software, digital engagement and marketing infrastructure for companies chasing customer growth they can actually measure. Adjacent to créo, and a position in the same conviction from the other side of the table.
· 2024 ·
Verchool Holdings
An investment in a technology-led learning platform, continuing a pattern of backing businesses that modernise established industries through software and digital delivery rather than trying to replace them outright.
A platform that develops, accelerates and supports new businesses through structured innovation and commercial strategy. It runs at scale the method he had already worked through more than twenty times on his own account: find the gap, build the entity, install the people, step back.
· 2025 ·
Southern Emirates Free Zone
The fourth free zone operation in the portfolio, serving a distinct segment of the market. It completed a network spanning the country's northern, central and southern business corridors.
An investment and advisory relationship with a founder-led platform working on communication, customer engagement and digital growth. As with most positions at this end of the portfolio, the capital came with operating time attached.
Millions of people live and work in this country without speaking its language, and most products teach grammar rather than conversation. This one closes that gap through one-to-one coaching and scenario-based learning, aimed at professionals and residents who need to be understood rather than examined.
An investment and advisory relationship with a technology platform built to simplify access, transactions and everyday digital services, in a market where those three things are still handled in more places than they need to be.
An advisory investment in a consumer-facing venture, supporting its growth strategy and development. One of the positions where what he brings is operating experience rather than capital alone.
Gaming is the largest entertainment industry in the world, with an audience in this region younger than almost anywhere else. Interactive communities also scale globally in a way service businesses never do, which is the part of it that interested him.
