What kind of personal information does the Site use?
When you submit a contact form on the Site (on the contact page or in the site footer), we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Your name and email address;
- Your phone number and, where applicable, the country associated with your number;
- Your company name and designation (contact page only, if you choose to provide it);
- Your message;
- The nature of your enquiry (contact page only);
- Whether you have opted in to receive news and updates (footer form only); and
- The page you submitted the form from, together with any marketing tags (UTM parameters) present in the URL when you first arrived on the Site during that browser session.
Form submissions are stored in our content management system and may trigger an email notification to our team so we can respond to you.
When you browse the Site, our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, pages requested, and date and time of access. We use this information to operate, secure, and maintain the Site. We do not use this browsing data to identify you by name unless it is combined with information you submit voluntarily (for example, through a form).
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, how long visits last, and general information about devices, browsers and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes this information in pseudonymous form; it does not tell us who you are. Google Analytics only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising pixels or retargeting tools. You can learn how Google uses this information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Some pages include embedded YouTube videos. A video player loads only when you choose to play a video. YouTube may collect information and set cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy.
The Site contains links to third-party websites and social media profiles. If you leave the Site, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. You should review the privacy statement applicable to any external website you visit.
